Blue Bay Asset Management

A long-standing tenant at 590 Madison Avenue, Blue Bay Asset Management initially sought to update its 3,000-square-foot office. But because of the firm’s rapid growth, the work expanded into design and construction of an additional 7,000 square feet of new space.

Blue Bay wanted to maintain fully functional operations while construction was taking place. Furthermore, furniture and finishes required coordination with Blue Bay’s London office, which was also undergoing renovations. We addressed these challenges by compartmentalizing construction into a series of phases and by collaborating closely with the London office to achieve a global office redesign.
