2021 Women in Building Services Spotlight: Allie Papp, Montroy DeMarco Architecture, Montroy Andersen DeMarco

Name: Allie Papp, AIA, WELL AP

Title: Project Architect

Company Name: Montroy DeMarco Architecture, Montroy Andersen DeMarco

Real estate associations or organizations that you are currently a member of: American Institute of Architects, International WELL Building Institute

In the past year, what project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of?

The project I am most proud of is the ongoing reorganization of a global fragrance and flavors research company’s laboratories and offices in the NY/NJ/CT Tri-State area. The firm has experienced a significant expansion and called on Montroy Andersen DeMarco, which is highly experienced in the design of consumer product R&D facilities, to plan and develop its locations in New York City and New Jersey. As part of an interior design and consulting team, I am assisting this client in improving the efficiency of its real estate. By adopting a hybrid at-home/in-office work model for this client’s workplace, we are creating more dynamic work environments and incorporating wellness concepts, while upgrading laboratories and preparing for future growth.
