Socotec is a recently completed 19,000 SF build-to-suit tenant installation for The Durst Organization in Midtown Manhattan.  The space was designed and built to accommodate a professional services firm using the building’s standard finishes with custom upgrades to suit the tenant.  This space consists of a mixture of high ceilings for high occupant density areas, such as workstations, pantry/lounge, as well as dropped ceilings for the single-user, more intimate programs, such as offices and meeting rooms.  The finishes are a modern minimal aesthetic with contrasting texture and warm tones in the millwork, dark glass frames, and flooring.
