Working closely with SL Green Realty Corp., and Design Architect, Rockwell Group, MADGI served as the Executive Architect for the building’s rooftop amenity.  The 11,000 SF roof deck provides an indoor/outdoor, work/entertainment space.  The roof area features a 5,400 SF interior event space with an oversized, soaring ceiling, and a 5,800 SF landscaped patio with full catering capabilities offered by Chef Boulud, overlooking Madison Square Park and spectacular city views.  MADGI hired and coordinated with all the consultants for this project.
