The expansive, 645,000 SF Morgan North redevelopment by Tishman Speyer transforms what was once New York City’s largest postal center into a multi-use, sustainable property housing creative office space, a multi-level rooftop park and street-level retail. The project included an upward expansion, renovation of office spaces, two new lobbies and renovation of a historic lobby, addition of a retail section and a new, two-acre rooftop park, one of the largest intensive green roofs atop a commercial building in New York City. The building has received a LEED Gold certification.
